Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Under Italian legislation (D.Lgs. 206/2005 - Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 3 days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 3 days of purchase by sending an email to: refunds@flowsub.ai
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Refund request submitted within 3 days of initial purchase
- Subscription has not been fully consumed
- Purchase was made directly through FlowSub (not via third-party resellers)
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made after the 3-day withdrawal period
- Renewed subscriptions (only first purchase is eligible)
- Services already fully consumed at the time of request
- Free plan or unused account credits
3. How to Request a Refund

Your request should include:
- Email address used for the purchase
- Date of purchase
- Order or transaction reference (if available)
We will process eligible refund requests within 14 daysfrom the date of confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Subscription will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the period
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the period ends.
